At AHA Life Lab, movement is more than exercise - it’s a tool for healing, regulation, and self-connection.

Our yoga and somatic movement offerings are designed to support the nervous system, release stored tension, and help you feel more at home in your body.

Guided by Karen Baskett, professional dancer, movement educator, and certified Yin Yoga instructor, each session is thoughtfully crafted to meet you where you are. Whether you’re seeking gentle restoration, emotional release, or joyful expression, movement becomes a pathway to greater ease, resilience, and vitality.

How Movement Is Experienced

Movement services at AHA Life Lab are offered privately, semi-privately, in small groups, or as part of retreat and resort programming. Sessions may be guided by Ayurvedic insight, personal goals, or the collective energy of the group - ensuring each experience feels supportive, accessible, and intentional.

All offerings are beginner-friendly and inclusive of all bodies, ages, and experience levels.

    Custom-designed experiences for retreats, resorts, and celebrations—ranging from calming morning yoga practices to flash mobs and memorable dance experiences that foster connection and joy.
